Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a secondary notification with precise tracking details once your order has officially shipped out from our fulfillment warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.
- Standard domestic shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination address.
International Shipping (Worldwide):
- Estimated Delivery Time: 11 to 15 business days.
- International rates and carrier options will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Note on Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs handling fees once the package reaches your destination country. Pullvex is not responsible for these extra charges if applied; they remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address containing a unique carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s official system.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If you have not received your shipment within 14 business days for domestic orders or 20 business days for international orders, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out immediately to our customer care team with your order number.
